If you want to return a product, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org which includes the following:
- Return Product
- Order number + product
- Reason for return
- Desired solution (money back or new product)
We will send you an email within 48 hours on working days describing how to return the product to a quick settlement. Then we will make sure you return your money within a few days or send a replacement product.
The following items can not be returned:
- Items received more than 14 days ago.
- Consumable items such as lamps, batteries and fluids.
- Items that can not be exchanged for hygienic reasons such as earbuds, headsets, underwear, swimwear and care products.
- Items that are used, damaged or incomplete.
- Items of which packaging is missing.
Defective or incorrect delivery
Did you receive a product that was defective during transport or did you receive and receive incorrect delivery? Then you can return the product free of charge. Send an e-mail to email@example.com and we will ensure that you receive a new product
Once we have received and approved the returned product, we will refund the amount within 14 days. You will then receive the entire purchase amount.
