Of course, it may happen that you want to return a product for some reason. This can be done at Dailygrabdeals within 14 days of receipt without notice. You then have another 14 days to send your package back. To get everything done, there are some simple procedures.

Sign in return shipping

If you want to return a product, send an email to service@dailygrabdeals.nl which includes the following:

• Return Product
• Order number + product
• Reason for return
• Desired solution (money back or new product)

We will send you an email within 48 hours on working days describing how to return the product to a quick settlement. Then we will make sure you return your money within a few days or send a replacement product.

The following items can not be returned:

• Items received more than 14 days ago.
• Consumable items such as lamps, batteries and fluids.
• Items that can not be exchanged for hygienic reasons such as earbuds, headsets, underwear, swimwear and care products.
• Items that are used, damaged or incomplete.
• Items of which packaging is missing.

Defective or incorrect delivery

Did you receive a product that was defective during transport or did you receive and receive incorrect delivery? Then you can return the product free of charge. Send an e-mail to service@dailygrabdeals.nl and we will ensure that you receive a new product

Refund Purchase

Once we have received and approved the returned product, we will refund the amount within 14 days. You will then receive the entire purchase amount.
